Tables & Chairs Pro is a commercial event furniture supplier focused exclusively on the professional market — event companies, wedding planners, banquet halls, hotels, restaurants, schools, churches, and anyone who sets up events for a living or needs bulk quantities.

We're not a party supply store. We're not a general furniture retailer. We stock commercial grade folding tables, folding chairs, resin chairs, banquet chairs, and chiavari chairs — the same inventory that event rental companies, convention centers, and venue operators buy. Shipping Information

Standard UPS: Orders under 10 units ship standard UPS ground in 3-7 business days. Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Freight Shipping: Orders of 10+ tables or 25+ chairs ship via freight for the best per-unit rates. Freight delivery is liftgate service to your door — no loading dock required. Allow 5-10 business days.

Ships to all 50 states. Alaska and Hawaii may have additional freight surcharges.

Contact us to discuss delivery timelines for large orders — we can often accommodate event dates with advance notice.

5-Year Commercial Warranty

Every product we sell is backed by a 5-year commercial warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use conditions. This includes: frame cracks or welds failing, surface delamination on tabletops, hinge mechanism failure, and leg locking mechanism failure.

Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or overloading, outdoor weathering beyond what the product is rated for, and cosmetic damage are not covered. If a product fails under normal use, we replace it. Simple as that.

Bulk Pricing Tiers

Pricing is applied per line item at the time of quote. Mix-and-match pricing is available on combined orders over $1,500.
